| Oaks Hotels & Resorts announced the sale of its Management Letting Rights for four properties in north Queensland and Brisbane to the Kusido Hospitality Group for $12.7m. The properties divested by Oaks are the Oaks North Quay Apartment Hotel in Brisbane, Oaks City Quays, Oaks Piermonde in Cairns and Oaks Anchorage in Townsville. |
